Responsibilities

  • Track the Prior Authorization Specialist workflow by helping the team protect sensitive information throughout the process.
  • Own the workflow by routing clinical or policy questions to authorized staff.
  • Coordinate the workflow by documenting status and next action for authorized teammates.
  • Review the workflow by maintaining accurate administrative care records.
  • Maintain the workflow by coordinating routine non-clinical follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Use Prior Authorization Specialist Documentation and Provider Communication confidently in prior authorization execution within dementia care navigation.
  • Apply Medicare GUIDE Administration without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
  • Document Escalation Management decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
  • Use sound judgment around Provider Support, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Employment Overview

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$68,000 per year.
