Printing Specialist

About the role

MTC operates the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, UT, providing quality services to local youth. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of printed materials as needed by departments, adhering to government and management directives.
• Set up, operate, adjust, control, and maintain printing equipment.
• Acquire supplies and materials necessary for printing production.
• Organize workflow to meet delivery schedules and complete assigned jobs.
• Monitor the use of printing equipment and supplies.
• Maintain optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Recommend purchases for printing equipment.
• Manage the printing supplies inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of printing or related experience.
• Proficiency in all aspects of small format print production, including offset, digital, bindery, and graphics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of printing or related experience. Must be proficient in all facets of small format print production and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$17.20 per hour.

Schedule

Varies, Full-time, 8 hours per day from 8am to 5pm. Part-time positions are also available.
