Pay and Shift
Pay: $26.60-$36.60/hour based upon experience with $1.25/hour shift premium for night shift
Shift: 12 Hour Crew 3pm - 3am (36 hours one week and 48 hours the next)
Only work ½ the days in a year!

Job Responsibilities
This role is an important part of the manufacturing process, leading your press team by creating signatures for schoolbooks, trade books and manuals used across the US.
Make-ready, run and maintain a web offset printing press
Read job instructions and specifications
Make register and color adjustments
Work as a lead in a team environment and cross-train with others
Receive training to help advance your career
Previous press experience is preferred. We will provide you with the additional training you need to be successful.
What You Bring to the Position
- Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift
- Teamwork
- Prior experience on heatset offset web ManRoland or Goss press
