Responsibilities
- Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed expectations.
- Prepare for upcoming orders.
- Package/wrap finished rolls.
- Monitor viscosities and complete pH forms.
- Find ink on specification sheet and disperse.
- Use forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
- Ability to fill-in for the Press Operator job when necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience with printing equipment a plus.
- Basic mechanical and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude.
Physical Demands
- Frequently position or move up to 25‑50 pounds.
- Lifting or moving items weighing greater than 50 pounds requires the use of lifting equipment or co‑worker assistance.
Work Environment
Work primarily in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision protection and other necessary PPE as required.
Schedule
Shift: 2‑2‑3 rotating between days and nights every two weeks (12‑hour shifts). Employees work half the year on this rotating schedule.
Pay
Employees receive time‑and‑a‑half pay for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays.
