• Five years experience in digital print shop management.
• Deep knowledge of small format printing.
• Deep knowledge of large format printing.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent organization skills and scheduling ability.
• Maintains calm demeanor under pressure.
• Possesses the ability to lead through positive reinforcement.
• Has some experience with outsourcing.

Pay

The salary is open depending on the level of experience. Compensation: $1.00 - $75,000.00 per year
