Large Format Print Operator (Entry Level) Primary Job Duties / Brief Job DescriptionARC Document Solutions / RIOT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Large Format Print Operator to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the large-format printing industry. The successful candidate will be trained to operate wide-format printers, finishing equipment, and cutting systems while producing high-quality graphics for retail, events, trade shows, construction, and corporate clients. Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PMLocation: 4345 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 100 Las Vegas, NV 89103Pay rate: $18/hour - $22/hour depending upon experience Responsibilities Operate large-format printers, router and laminator, load and unload print media, including vinyl, banner material, paper, fabric, and rigid substrates laminate, mount, trim, weed, and package finished graphicsPerform quality control inspections to ensure color accuracy, sizing, and overall print qualityMaintain a clean and organized production areaAssist with shipping, receiving, and inventory managementLearn proper operation and maintenance of printers, laminators, cutters, and finishing equipmentFollow production schedules and meet project deadlinesWork safely while following company policies and equipment proceduresAssist other departments as needed to ensure projects are completed on timeThe ability to lift up to 50lbs, maneuver prints, media, and substrates carefully ensuring no damage occurs when transferring between machines and/or during packagingThe ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workersAttention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality, accuracy & scaleA can-do attitude with a continuing need to self-improve by researching new materials and learning innovative ways to utilize production equipment in our quest to delight our clients Required Experience:High School Diploma or EquivalentARC | Riot offers comprehensive health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with a match, Company-Paid Life Insurance, and an array of voluntary benefits which include STD, LTD, Voluntary Life, PTO, PEDs, employee Recognition Programs, Spot Awards, and more.
