Print Production Operator
ARC Document Solutions / RIOT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Large Format Print Operator to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the large-format printing industry. The successful candidate will be trained to operate wide-format printers, finishing equipment, and cutting systems while producing high-quality graphics for retail, events, trade shows, construction, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities
- Operate large-format printers, router and laminator, load and unload print media, including vinyl, banner material, paper, fabric, and rigid substrates
- Laminate, mount, trim, weed, and package finished graphics
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure color accuracy, sizing, and overall print quality
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Learn proper operation and maintenance of printers, laminators, cutters, and finishing equipment
- Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines
- Work safely while following company policies and equipment procedures
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure projects are completed on time
- Lift up to 50lbs, maneuver prints, media, and substrates carefully ensuring no damage occurs when transferring between machines and/or during packaging
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Demonstrate attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining quality, accuracy & scale
- Exhibit a can-do attitude with a continuing need to self-improve by researching new materials and learning innovative ways to utilize production equipment

Pay
$18/hour - $22/hour depending upon experience
