Print / Graphics Producer

About the role

Print/Graphics Producer responsible for managing high-volume print and graphic assets across a multi-location experiential marketing activation, ensuring deliverables are tracked, approved, produced, and delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset tracking and route information to design teams
• Track deliverable progress and maintain accurate production trackers
• Proofread assets and manage proofing and approval processes
• Coordinate with print vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Support quoting and finalize graphic estimates based on deliverables
• Vet and qualify print vendors and establish production schedules
• Maintain master print trackers and organized folder structures
• Support development of internal graphics matrices
• Attend team meetings 2-3 times per week and check in frequently throughout the workday
• Support onboarding and review project management and creative materials

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Print/Graphics Producer or similar
• True freelance availability; this role is not intended for someone working a permanent job on the side
• Recent experiential agency experience
• Strong print production and vendor management experience
• Experience managing high volumes of assets for live events
• Experience managing multi-location partnership activations
• Proven ability to drive assets across multiple locations
• Experience creating and managing asset/graphics matrices
• Experience with B2C activations involving multiple partnerships
• Experience managing budgets of $2M+
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including Google Workspace/Gchat
• Portfolio or website demonstrating relevant experiential production work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting entertainment or gaming clients
• Experience with large-scale citywide or multi-partner activations

Pay

$55 - $60 / hour W2

Schedule

Remote - EST hours; Miami-based preferred, with onsite availability if needed
