We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Company Mission", "The Role", "What You’ll Do", "What We’re Looking For", "What Success Looks Like", "Education And Experience", "Physical Requirement (if applicable)", "Compensation". Also maybe "Benefits" not present; "Pay" is present as compensation range. "Schedule" not present. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need headings: About the role? Could use "About the role" heading for the mission and role description? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings. "About the role" could contain company mission and role description. "Responsibilities" for What You’ll Do. "Requirements" maybe for What We’re Looking For? Or "Qualifications". "Skills" maybe for technical skills. "Pay" for compensation. "Benefits" not present (they mention additional rewards may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, an FTO policy, and many other progressive benefits. That's benefits info. So we can include Benefits section with that. "Schedule" not present, omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Physical Requirement (if applicable)"? It's substantive? It mentions physical requirement. Should we keep? It's a detail. Could include under maybe "Requirements" or separate? But we have limited headings; we could incorporate into "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Probably include as a paragraph under Requirements. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like mission statement, role location, etc. Let's extract content: Company Mission: Rhoback is a community of passionate and motivated people looking to generate positivity, bring people together, and inspire activity by creating high-quality products and engaging content for those who seek inspiration, motivation, and connection with a #craveactivity mentality. The Role: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print Designer to join our Mainline Design Team at Rhoback Headquarters in Charlottesville, Virginia. In this role, you’ll help bring original print stories to life—repeat patterns, engineered prints, and placement graphics—across Men’s and Women’s product lines, working closely with the Print Design Manager. You’ll contribute creative energy and technical precision to seasonal design development while building expertise in the systems and cross-functional relationships that drive product at Rhoback. This is a strong fit for a designer with some hands-on experience who is eager to grow their craft in a fast-paced, active apparel environment. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): - Develop original print artwork from concept through final art file—including repeat patterns, engineered prints, and placement graphics—that reflect Rhoback’s brand aesthetic and seasonal direction. - Research and become an expert with our customer and the trends within the print design space. - Support the print approval process by reviewing strike-offs, fabric swatches, and lab dips, and maintaining well-organized, consistently named digital files within established folder hierarchies. - Enter and update print data in Centric PLM, following file naming conventions and ensuring records stay current from initial concept through final production approval. - Collaborate with the Merchandising, Product Design, and Development teams to align print stories with seasonal themes, color palettes, and material constraints. - Participate in design reviews, contribute constructive creative feedback, and assist in preparing presentation materials and physical boards for internal reviews. What We’re Looking For (Requirements/Qualifications/Skills): - A solid foundation in print and textile design—you understand color theory, pattern construction, apparel production, and textile materials. - Strong color sensibility and working familiarity with the Pantone Matching System. - Ability to work within a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Figma experience is a bonus. - Some experience with PLM systems is preferred (Rhoback uses Centric PLM); comfort learning new digital tools and following file management conventions. - Exceptional organizational habits—you maintain both physical sample and digital asset systems with equal care and attention to detail. - A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills; you give and receive feedback openly and work well across teams. - A genuine passion for sportswear, performance apparel, and Rhoback’s #craveactivity brand values. What Success Looks Like (maybe could be under Responsibilities or a separate section? Not in list of headings but could be under "Responsibilities" or maybe we could create a section "Performance Expectations"? Not allowed headings list only those given. But we could incorporate into Responsibilities or maybe under "Qualifications"? Better to keep as a separate section? The instruction: Use headings from list; we can also create other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings; we can also use others? Probably better to stick to those. So we need to map "What Success Looks Like" maybe into Responsibilities or Qualifications? It's about outcomes; could be under Responsibilities as expected outcomes. We'll include as part of Responsibilities maybe as a paragraph after bullet list. Education And Experience: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or a related field. - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in textile print design, surface design, or a related apparel design role. Physical Requirement (if applicable): This role may involve performing job-related tasks that occasionally require physical activity, such as lifting, pushing, or pulling items 10 lbs or more, with our without reasonable accommodation. Compensation: Base salary range: $62,000 – $93,200 per year. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Additional rewards may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, an FTO policy, and many other progressive benefits. We need Benefits section: includes performance bonuses, long-term incentives, FTO policy, many other progressive benefits. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "This job description is not designed to cover..." etc. Now produce HTML fragment with

headings and appropriate

and

  • . We'll have sections:

    About the role

    Company Mission: ...

    The Role: ...

    Responsibilities

    • ... each bullet

What Success Looks Like: ... maybe as a paragraph after list.

    Requirements

Maybe combine Qualifications and Skills? But we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. Could split: Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (technical). Let's do:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree ...
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience ...

Skills

  • Solid foundation in print and textile design ...
  • Strong color sensibility ...
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Figma experience is a bonus.
  • Some experience with PLM systems is preferred (Rhoback uses Centric PLM); comfort learning new digital tools and following file management conventions.
  • Exceptional organizational habits ...
  • A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills ...
  • A genuine passion for sportswear, performance apparel, and Rhoback’s #craveactivity brand values.
We could also include Physical Requirement under Skills or Requirements? Probably under Requirements as a separate bullet. Add Physical Requirement bullet under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? Let's add under Requirements as a bullet.

Benefits

  • Performance bonuses
  • Long-term incentives
  • FTO policy
  • Many other progressive benefits

Pay

Base salary range: $62,000 – $93,200 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on location, experience, and performance; the final agreed‑upon base salary may fall outside the upper end of the range.

We should not include Schedule. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: mission, role location, etc. Did we include location? Yes in The Role paragraph. Check we didn't miss any details: "working closely with the Print Design Manager." included. "contribute creative energy and technical precision to seasonal design development while building expertise in the systems and cross-functional relationships that drive product at Rhoback." included. "This is a strong fit for a designer with some hands-on experience who is eager to grow their craft in a fast-paced, active apparel environment." included. Responsibilities bullets: we need to include all six bullet points exactly as given. Let's copy them. Bullet 1: Develop original print artwork from concept through final art file—including repeat patterns, engineered prints, and placement graphics—that reflect Rhoback’s brand aesthetic and seasonal direction. Bullet 2: Research and become an expert with our customer and the trends within the print design space. Bullet 3: Support the print approval process by reviewing strike-offs, fabric swatches, and lab dips, and maintaining well-organized, consistently named digital files within established folder hierarchies. Bullet 4: Enter and update print data in Centric PLM, following file naming conventions and ensuring records stay current from initial concept through final production approval. Bullet 5: Collaborate with the Merchandising, Product Design, and Development teams to align print stories with seasonal themes, color palettes, and material constraints. Bullet 6: Participate in design reviews, contribute constructive creative feedback, and assist in preparing presentation materials and physical boards for internal reviews. Now What Success Looks Like: we need to preserve that content. Let's include as a paragraph after responsibilities list. What Success Looks Like content: - Print assets are delivered on schedule for each seasonal collection, enabling the team to hit key milestone dates. - Files are consistently named, accurately versioned, and easy for any team member to navigate—PLM records are always current and complete. - Strike-off and lab dip feedback is clear and timely, minimizing correction rounds and keeping the production calendar on track. - Cross-functional partners—Merchandising, Product Design, Development—view you as a reliable, collaborative contributor to the design process. - You’re growing in confidence: presenting creative decisions to the team, asking the right questions, and steadily owning more of the print workflow. We'll put as

maybe with bullet list? Could be a

but we can keep as paragraph with sentences. Better to keep as
for clarity but not required. We'll use
      • ... each. Now Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or a related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in textile print design, surface design, or a related apparel design role. Physical Requirement: This role may involve performing job-related tasks that occasionally require physical activity, such as lifting, pushing, or pulling items 10 lbs or more, with our without reasonable accommodation. We'll include that bullet under Qualifications maybe. Now Skills: list as above. Now Benefits: performance bonuses, long-term incentives, an FTO policy, and many other progressive benefits. Now Pay: as above. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate: removed EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also removed "Physical Requirement (if applicable)" heading but kept
