Print & Bindery Production Manager

The company is customer‑focused, deadline‑driven, and operates in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the Print & Bindery Production Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain a full understanding of digital printing and bindery processes.
• Maintain and order supplies and stock for the print and bindery departments.
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Define and coordinate print production schedules.
• Liaise among different departments (Pre‑press, Press, Bindery, Quality, etc.).
• Demonstrate ability to plan, manage, and execute projects successfully.
• Provide creative solutions to production issues.
• Act as a team player, doing whatever is necessary to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Conduct monthly performance analysis.
• Work in the digital print and bindery departments as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the printing industry.
• Minimum 3 years in a management role.
• Ability to work and interact with a variety of individuals.
• Strong people‑management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, multi‑project coordination environment.
