GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
Process incoming client orders and print consent forms. Support order workflow to meet the department’s SLAs and KPI’s.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Level 1:
- Release sales orders and backorders within CRL’s Order Management tool.
- Print and sort consents according to the tact time of the work floor.
- Sort all printed material and be able to match to the corresponding sales orders.
- Execute the Consent Capture process.
- Arrange orders to meet the required turnaround time in accordance to the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and department specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Distribute all sales orders to meet the workflow of the fulfillment lines set up in the pick areas.
- Interact with Employers customer service and Employers sales to solve problems and ensure all consents are printed correctly.
- Maintain the write-off log.
- Participate in the consent inventory cycle counts.
- Serve as a trainer within your work area.
- Perform Fulfillment Associate duties.
- Keep the work area neat and clean.
- Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all CRL, CRL subsidiaries, legal entities and client information.
- Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year experience in a warehouse, inventory or order entry environment, or equivalent.
- Skills & Abilities:

- Computer terminal
- Printers, 10 key calculator, shipping terminals, box knife, handling equipment, storage racks, dock doors, dumpsters, ladder, dolly, pallet jack, trash compactor, forklift (if applicable).
OTHER
- Overtime necessary according to workload; some weekend work required; exposure to heat, dust, and noise. Trash compactor, and Forklift operator (if applicable) requires a minimum age of 18 years.
