About the role

AlphaGraphics of Stamford CT is a marketing solutions provider offering signage, high-volume mailing, and digital printing. Our Customer Experience & Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in handling customer inquiries and executing projects seamlessly.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists the executive team with managing orders, tracking production, etc.
  • Suggests appropriate products and services to meet customer needs and budget
  • Affords to follow up on leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls, marketing, and email activity
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers
  • Prepares estimates and establishes/maintains estimate follow-up procedures
  • Communicates with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
  • Executes a variety of marketing functions, including mailings, thank you cards, website, social media, etc.
  • Helps as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork
  • Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues
  • Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
  • Manages the oversight of their jobs through the prepress and production process
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least two years in retail, inside sales, customer service or executive assistant work
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
  • Proficient in computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe tools a plus

Pay and Schedule

The employer posting this position, evaluating potential candidates, and making all hiring decisions is an independently owned and operated AlphaGraphics franchisee. If hired, Franchisee will be your employer, not AlphaGraphics or any of its affiliates or any other franchisees.

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

  • Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization
  • Convey to the customer our expertise in products, services, and capabilities
  • Serve as an external key educator to our community and customers
  • Communicate customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
