About the role

You will help customers build and deploy GenAI enabled applications using Amazon Bedrock and help enterprise customers leverage these models to power end applications. You will engage with product owners to influence product direction and help customers tap into new markets by utilizing GenAI along with AWS Services. This role will support development of an architectural blueprint that customers can use to build their own enterprise-wide Generative AI platforms, balancing democratization of access and speed of innovation with best practices around trustworthy AI, cost efficiency, and security. The role has a global remit.

Key job responsibilities

  • Implement and deploy state of the art machine learning algorithms under Gen AI; build prototypes, PoCs, and explore new solutions
  • Interact closely with customers and with the academic community
  • Evangelize AWS GenAI services and share best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, white-papers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit and AWS re:Invent
  • Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development and the AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and provide guidance on customer engagements
  • Develop and support an AWS internal community of ML related subject matter experts worldwide
  • Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them understand how to integrate AWS GenAI solutions into customer architectures

Basic qualifications

  • 10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
  • Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation or equivalent
  • Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management or equivalent
  • Knowledge of database design and implementation or equivalent
  • Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and developers
  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud

Pay

  • USA, CA, Mountain View: $210,200.00 - $284,300.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle: $182,800.00 - $247,300.00 USD annually
