Remote: RemoteType: Direct HireJob #47067Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Principal, Working Capital Transformation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).Do you have experience leading enterprise-wide finance transformations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and automating Accounts Payable processes?Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!What You Will Be DoingAs a Principal, Working Capital Transformation within the finance and IT teams, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to optimize working capital management through Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. You will partner closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Working Capital, to assess current systems, identify operational challenges, and develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap. Your focus will be on stabilizing existing environments, improving automation, and driving process efficiencies. In this role, you will lead cross-functional efforts to enhance AP automation, implement procure-to-pay best practices, and establish governance frameworks. Employment type for this position is typically a full-time, long-term engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct a rapid assessment of the current D365 F&O, ExFlow, and AP automation setups to identify systemic pain points.Develop and execute strategic plans to modernize Accounts Payable and procure-to-pay processes aligning with industry standards.Lead efforts to optimize automation, including AI-enabled invoice processing and workflow automation.Evaluate and recommend enhancements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to support operational stability and future scalability.Collaborate with executive teams to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives.Establish governance frameworks to support ongoing system improvements and compliance.Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.Develop financial KPIs and analytics to monitor working capital performance continuously.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, with deep expertise specifically in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Proven success in leading enterprise transformation initiatives focused on Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay operations.Extensive experience in finance process optimization, automation, and system integration.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and shared services environments.Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated success working in or supporting project-based industries such as construction, HVAC, or industrial distribution is highly desirable.Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience with ExFlow AP Automation, OCR, and AI-driven invoice processing.Background supporting organizations during M&A and business integration activities.Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards and automation tools.Leadership experience driving cross-functional initiatives.Keywords: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Accounts Payable Automation, ERP Transformation, Finance Process Optimization, Working Capital, P2P, ExFlow, AI Invoice Processing, HVAC industry, Enterprise TransformationWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
