About the role

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive product roadmap for enterprise application platforms at Graco, focusing on business process optimization, automation and the adoption of enterprise solutions to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise business applications that align and enable business goals and overarching IT strategy.
  • Manage product backlogs, process flows, functional designs, test plans and other deliverables to support solution delivery.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, fostering trust and collaboration between IT and business leadership.
  • Act as liaison between the IT team and the business function. Serve as technology thought leader and advisor for the business, helping to identify and prioritize technology solutions to enable functional strategies.
  • Collaborate across the IT function and cross-functional business stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technology requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements.
  • Support with subject matter expertise the enterprise CRM and/or ERP systems, supply chain and manufacturing applications, and digital experience (DXP) and e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead initiatives to modernize and re-platform applications to the cloud, overseeing integration efforts and ensuring smooth transition between cloud and on-premises applications.
  • Analyze and recommend opportunities to improve existing business processes through technology solutions, recommending solutions that enable simplification, globalization, unification, and harmonization of processes across functions and regions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to drive understanding of how to use core business application platforms and drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong domain expertise in implementing enterprise Websites, Ecommerce, Commercial and Digital experience applications.
  • 2+ years of experience with headless commerce platforms, content management systems, and other digital experience platforms and technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage moderately complex, medium to large-scale technology projects with global teams and system integrators.
  • Expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% (domestic and international).

Qualifications

  • Accelerators Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., AEM) and Ecommerce solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and digital technologies such as SEO and web analytics.
  • Experience integrating commercial platforms with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP).
  • Functional knowledge in one or more commercial business domains (e.g., order management, customer service, digital commerce, product information management, online payments).
  • Understanding of APIs, data structures, and integration patterns across enterprise systems.
  • Experience working with globally distributed, cross-cultural teams.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of business process workflows across Websites, Ecommerce, Commercial and Digital platforms and business processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise CRM and/or ERP systems, supply chain and manufacturing applications, and digital experience (DXP) and e-commerce platforms.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $111,100.00 - $194,400.00.

Full-time position.
