This is your opportunity to influence security strategy at unprecedented scale while enabling the business to move faster.

Key job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Amazon to define business and technical requirements, establish delivery scope and timelines, and drive accountability for security outcomes.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in identity provision, protection, and access management systems, initiating deep dives and working sessions to mitigate complexity.
  • Develop and promote program management best practices and scalable mechanisms that enable teams to work independently while advancing organizational security goals.

A day in the life

You'll work with stakeholders and customers across all parts of Amazon and internally within security to drive strong, customer-focused security outcomes. Your day involves partnering with technical teams to map their work to high-level strategy, building comprehensive plans, and driving accountability across every business unit.
