About the role

This role leads the integration and enablement of advanced Generative AI and agentic capabilities across engineering teams, acting as a technical ambassador who can clearly communicate complex concepts to broad audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outreach as a technical ambassador for the NextGenAI team by providing demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead the transition of developed capabilities into enablement and operations teams, ensuring smooth handoff and readiness.
  • Support evaluation of emerging technologies.
  • Provide cross-functional coordination across Engineering, external vendors, Program Management, Digital Technology (DT), and other organizations to ensure aligned execution and clear communication.
  • Serve as a trainer and mentor for teams adopting agentic workflows, GenAI tools, and modern development practices.
  • Apply strong technical expertise across agents, GenAI, and software development to guide solution design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with engineering disciplines across the organization to integrate new capabilities and maintain system coherence.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading the transition of technical solutions into operations, enablement, or production environments.
  • Experience with GenAI technologies, agentic systems, or AI-driven architectures.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
