Schedule
Onsite
Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, privacy, application window, etc. Also removed "Learn More & Apply Now!" and "Apply now and be part..." etc. Also removed "As part of our commitment..." etc. Also removed "Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits..." duplicate of benefits; we already have benefits list; but that paragraph includes extra details like flexible spending accounts etc. Should we include those? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that extra benefits info as well. The "What We Offer:" list is not exhaustive; later they say "Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays." That's additional substantive info. We should incorporate those into Benefits section, maybe as additional list items. Also they mention "Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement." That's also substantive but maybe vague; we could include as a note. Also they mention "Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement." That's also substantive. We should include. Thus Benefits section should be comprehensive: combine the list from "What We Offer:" plus the later list. We must not create placeholder text. So we will add items: - medical, dental, vision insurance (already) - three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees (already) - generous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds and separate employer retirement contribution, including a Lifetime Income Strategy option (already) - tuition reimbursement program (already) - student loan repayment program (already) - life insurance and disability coverage (already) - optional coverages you can buy: pet insurance, home and auto insurance, additional life and accident insurance, critical illness insurance, group legal, ID theft protection (already) - birth, adoption, parental leave benefits (already) - Carrot Health to hormonal health, fertility, and family building (already) - Adoption Assistance Autism Benefit (already) - Employee Assistance Plan, including up to 10 free counseling sessions (already) - Healthy You Incentives, wellness rewards program (already) - Doctor on Demand, virtual doctor visits (already) - Bright Horizons, child and elder care services (already) - Teladoc Medical Experts, second opinion program (already) - short-term disability - long-term disability - flexible spending accounts - flexible work schedules - Employee Scholar Program - paid time off - holidays - annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs (depending on level and collective bargaining) We could also note that specific benefits depend on business unit and collective bargaining. We'll add those as list items. Also note about "Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement." Could be a sentence after list. We'll keep Benefits- for each distinct benefit. Now check for duplicates: we already have life insurance and disability coverage; we can still add short-term disability and long-term disability as separate items; but life insurance and disability coverage may already encompass those; but to preserve all detail we should include them as separate items even if overlapping. It's okay. Now ensure no boilerplate: we removed EEO, privacy, etc. Also removed "At RTX, the world's largest aerospace..." we kept as About the role. Check for any leftover navigation: "Date Posted: 2026-09-03 Country: United States of America Location: US-CA-RIVERSIDE-8200B1 ~ 8200 Arlington Ave ~ BLDG B1 Position Role Type: Onsite U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: This job requires a U.S. Person..." We need to include U.S. Person requirement as part of Qualifications? It's a requirement. Should we include under Qualifications? It's a requirement about citizenship/immigration. Could be part of Qual
