About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to solution selling and optimize CSM workflows
• Define go-to-market motions for CSMs based on customer segments
• Implement data-driven programs to drive product adoption and retention
• Partner with Product teams to create a scalable launch framework
• Design the enterprise customer success journey around key milestones
• Establish a value framework for demonstrating ROI and product impact
• Develop scalable enablement programs and resources for customer education

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, business/CS operations, management consulting, or org design
• Experience in Customer Success or enterprise go-to-market strategy
• Proven track record leading major transformations in complex organizations
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research and quantitative modeling
• Expert in structured thinking, framework building, and effective storytelling
• Experience managing enterprise portfolios with complex renewal cycles
• Skilled in mapping intricate enterprise customer journeys

Pay

$182,700 – $238,525 annually
