We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: Intro paragraph: "Your work days are brighter here..." etc. That's about company culture. Could be part of About the role? Actually it's generic intro. Might be considered "About the role"? But we have sections: About The Team, About The Role, About You (qualifications). We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have sections in posting: About The Team, About The Role, Operational Cadence and Program Management, Planning and Leadership Alignment, Executive Communications and Executive Engagements, About You (Basic Qualifications P5, P4, Other Qualifications), Workday Pay Transparency Statement (pay ranges), Our Approach to Flexible Work (schedule/flexibility), plus benefits mention (Workday Bonus Plan, stock grants, benefits link). Also mention of flexible work schedule. We need to produce sections with appropriate content. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay ranges, so Pay section is valid. Schedule: we have flexible work description, so we can include Schedule section with that description. Benefits: we have mention of Workday Bonus Plan, role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants, and link to benefits. That's substantive enough for Benefits section. Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: project/program management, cross-functional programs, executive communication, stakeholder engagement, governance, schedule development, decision making, etc. Those could be skills. Could put under Skills. Requirements: maybe basic qualifications (P5 and P4) are requirements. Could put under Requirements. Qualifications: maybe other qualifications? But we have both basic and other qualifications. Could combine. We need to avoid duplication. Let's structure:

About the role

: include About The Team and About The Role paragraphs (maybe combine). Provide prose.

Responsibilities

: list bullet points from Operational Cadence and Program Management, Planning and Leadership Alignment, Executive Communications and Executive Engagements.

Requirements

: basic qualifications (P5 and P4) maybe as list.

Qualifications

: other qualifications list.

Skills

: maybe we can list specific skills like project/program management, cross-functional program management, executive communication, stakeholder engagement, governance, schedule development, decision making, etc. Could be derived from qualifications.

Benefits

: mention Workday Bonus Plan, role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants, benefits link.

Pay

: pay ranges.

Schedule

: flexible work approach description. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We must preserve all substantive info: ensure we don't lose any details. Let's extract details. Intro paragraph: "Your work days are brighter here. We’re obsessed with making hard work pay off, for our people, our customers, and the world around us. As a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, we’re shaping the future of work so teams can reach their potential and focus on what matters most. The minute you join, you’ll feel it. Not just in the products we build, but in how we show up for each other. Our culture is rooted in integrity, empathy, and shared enthusiasm. We’re in this together, tackling big challenges with bold ideas and genuine care. We look for curious minds and courageous collaborators who bring sun-drenched optimism and drive. Whether you're building smarter solutions, supporting customers, or creating a space where everyone belongs, you’ll do meaningful work with Workmates who’ve got your back. In return, we’ll give you the trust to take risks, the tools to grow, the skills to develop and the support of a company invested in you for the long haul. So, if you want to inspire a brighter work day for everyone, including yourself, you’ve found a match in Workday, and we hope to be a match for you too." That's generic company overview; could be part of About the role. About The Team: "We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to support the Global Customer Operations (GCO) leadership team. This role will own and drive the operational rhythm of the Sales organization, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution across key cadences, major initiatives, performance metrics, executive communications, and external engagement materials." About The Role: "The ideal candidate brings a strong background in program management, executive communication, sales or customer operations, planning, and operational excellence within a fast-paced, global environment. This role will serve as a trusted partner to Sales leadership, helping translate priorities into operating mechanisms, measurable business outcomes, and consistent execution across the organization."
