About the role
This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex statistical analysis datasets and outputs for reports and submissions
- Create and maintain SAS programs to meet regulatory and company standards
- Perform independent program reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with statisticians on both ad hoc and planned analyses
- Partner with Clinical Data Management to ensure integrity of data collection and analysis
- Identify potential programming risks and propose solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or STEM with 5+ years of statistical programming experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years
- Extensive experience in statistical programming within clinical trials (pharmaceutical/medical device)
- Strong hands-on experience with SAS, including Base, SAS/STAT, and SAS Macros
- Demonstrated ability to develop and validate datasets, tables, and figures
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines (GCP, ICH, FDA, ISO) and CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay
$129,600 – $207,400 annually
