Responsibilities

  • Subsystem analysis including hardware from RF to digits
  • Performance modeling and support for performance testing
  • RF/Microwave design and test-related problem-solving of complex difficulty
  • Antenna range integration, test, data collection, and data analysis
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Software scripting and debugging in MATLAB, Visual Basic, and C++
  • Antenna range scheduling, staffing, technical team leadership, and planning
  • Design, implementation, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • U.S. Citizenship (required for clearance)
  • Current Active Secret Clearance
  • Proficiency in near-field or compact antenna test ranges
  • Proficiency with RF test equipment (network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes)
  • Subject matter expertise in RF/Microwave disciplines (antenna, RF performance analysis, test verification, production test support)
  • Ability to develop novel solutions to complex RF/Microwave design and test problems

Qualifications

Principal Level Role

  • 5 years of experience (or 3 years with a Master’s, 1 year with a Ph.D.)
  • 4 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree

Sr. Principal Level Role

  • 8 years of experience (or 6 years with a Master’s, 4 years with a Ph.D.)
  • 4 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a SAP Clearance
  • Expertise in near-field and compact antenna test ranges
  • Expertise with NSI-MI Technology antenna range test systems
  • Advanced MATLAB skills for post-processing antenna range test data

Pay

  • Principal Level Salary Range: $108,800 – $163,200
  • Sr. Principal Level Salary Range: $135,800 – $203,600

Base salary offers consider experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Eligible employees may receive overtime, shift differentials, discretionary bonuses, and long-term incentives (for VP/Director roles).
