Principal, Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical leadership for complex enterprise software sales
• Lead discovery sessions with clients to assess business requirements
• Design advanced solution architectures showcasing scalability and strategic value
• Develop and deliver impactful technical presentations and demonstrations
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the sales team on solution strategy and scope
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Implementation teams to influence product roadmaps
• Provide technical consultation on solution design and integration strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in business process analysis for enterprise finance functions such as General Ledger and Payables
• Proven ability to design and present solutions, configurations, and proofs-of-concept
• Experience in delivering software demonstrations for both business and technical audiences
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and internal control concepts in solution design
• Experience in preparing RFI/RFP responses aligned with customer requirements
• Understanding of integration, reporting, and data flow concepts for cloud-based systems
