Principal Solution Consultant - AI

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Solution Consultant - AI to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will serve as a senior technical advisor across AI-focused sales pursuits, guiding prospects from discovery through deal closure. You will partner closely with business, IT, and security stakeholders to shape enterprise AI solutions that align with customer objectives and governance requirements. The position also plays a key role in translating field feedback into product direction while representing the company's AI capabilities in customer conversations and industry forums. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $227,000 – $370,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the technical strategy for AI pursuits, serving as the senior technical voice from engagement through deal closure. Conduct technical discovery and align with business, IT, and security teams to support customer AI initiatives. Prepare high-impact technical demonstrations and develop reference architectures to show integration with the platform's API-first capabilities. Share field insights with product and engineering teams to influence the AI roadmap and strengthen cross-functional alignment. Represent the company's AI perspective in customer meetings and industry events. Qualifications 10+ years of technical, customer-facing experience in presales solution consulting, architecture, or technical consulting. At least 3 years of experience focused on enterprise AI architecture. Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience; an advanced degree may substitute for professional experience. Hands-on expertise in modern AI technologies and enterprise data architecture, including the ability to write clean code for API interactions. Understanding of AI governance, security risks, and audit-readiness in regulated environments. Knowledge of corporate reporting processes and familiarity with major source systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake. Benefits Eligible for commission based on sales performance.
