Principal Software Engineer - Web Infrastructure (Frontend DevEx)

Responsibilities

• Own the dev loop for frontend: ensuring fast and reliable local development and testing
• Enhance CI/CD processes for better reliability and deployment confidence
• Lead the evolution of microfrontend architecture and module patterns
• Develop and maintain self-service tools for internal platform capabilities
• Embed AI solutions into the software development lifecycle, enhancing code quality and documentation
• Define and improve productivity metrics like build time and developer satisfaction
• Identify and address systemic friction affecting developer workflows

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in platform engineering or developer experience
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and optimization
• Proficient in modern frontend technologies, especially React
• Experience with frontend observability metrics and analytics
• Proven track record of improving developer experience metrics
• Capability to work independently with distributed teams
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows
