About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the platform's observability posture; ensure consistent adoption across all services
  • Drive SLO/SLI definition and enhance alerting coverage including APM metrics and latency
  • Identify and eliminate reliability anti-patterns, replacing fragile legacy patterns with resilient alternatives
  • Implement resilience patterns to improve system robustness and reduce service fragility
  • Replace legacy messaging anti-patterns with event-driven messaging infrastructures
  • Serve as the senior technical authority for the Platform Services portfolio, focusing on architecture quality and reliability
  • Create migration paths for legacy services while prioritizing production stability

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS environments
  • Deep expertise in C# and .NET across framework generations
  • Hands-on Azure cloud architecture experience
  • Strong Oracle Database proficiency, including complex SQL and performance tuning
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing observability solutions at scale
  • Experience implementing resilience patterns such as circuit breakers and retry policies
  • Proven track record of driving AI adoption within engineering teams

Pay

$124,000 – $156,000 annually
