This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage coding-agent infrastructure across R&D teams
- Deliver comprehensive system designs and lead autonomous project delivery across teams
- Operate independently as a key technical consultant on agent-runtime architecture
- Anticipate and solve potential technical problems for major platform initiatives
- Set quality standards through your architectural designs that become reference implementations
- Mentor and elevate technical capabilities of staff-level engineers and below
Qualifications
- 15-20+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on work on coding-agent-runtime infrastructure in the last year
- Demonstrated Principal-level scope in technical decisions impacting multiple teams
- Deep expertise in build systems, CI/CD, and large-scale internal developer platforms
- Ability to set technical direction with minimal oversight in a high-trust environment
- Instincts for environment safety related to autonomous coding agents
Pay
$263,800 – $395,600 annually
