You will mentor senior engineers, drive innovation, and solve complex technical challenges. You will also collaborate with leadership to define the long-term technical strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages.
• Extensive experience with software development methodologies.
• Able to lead and mentor teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of database systems.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience integrating AI tools, frameworks, and concepts into the software development process.
