Principal Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner and collaborate with the program leaders to ensure program objectives are achieved.
• Developing your technical and professional skills.
• Serving as a technical lead for the development, integration, and release of BAE SYSTEMS Software.
• Working closely with product line engineering to ensure alignment and understanding of the required capabilities and functions.
• Responsible for implementing Software Solutions Strategy and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years or equivalent work experience in test engineering related fields.
• BS Degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of work experience, or equivalent experience.
• Good familiarity with the Software Development Process.
• Experience developing Electronic Warfare systems.
• Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle and Software languages such as C++, C# and Python.
• Experienced in Real Time Operating Systems such as RedHat and/or RTLinux.
• Experienced in Hands on integration testing of electronic systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $128831 - $219012
