Principal Security & IAM Architect

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own future-state security and access management architecture for company platform
• Lead the consolidation of identity platforms towards a unified identity model
• Architect the migration of SailPoint to Microsoft Entra ID Governance
• Design lifecycle workflows for access management including approvals and certifications
• Ensure compliance with security and identity requirements across the platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; OR 14 years' experience in IT, security, and IAM
• 10+ years of experience in IT including security architecture and identity & access management
• Deep expertise in enterprise security and IAM architectures, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra ID Governance (IGA), and migration processes involving identity governance platforms like SailPoint
• Extensive understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks including PCI DSS and SOC 2

Pay

$156,400 – $218,920 annually
