Principal Security Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Engage with field teams and customers to discuss security architectures and compliance
• Create customer-facing content like slide decks and white papers
• Train internal teams and address customer inquiries on security topics
• Identify customer pain points to inform product management and marketing
• Develop internal services and automation to streamline operations
• Contribute to knowledge management and documentation resources
• Participate in initiatives to leverage AI for productivity improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales or post-sales experience with complex concepts
• Strong understanding of security principles and ability to communicate them
• Experience in various security domains including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and more
• Familiarity with scripting or programming and a drive to utilize AI for scaling impact
• Knowledge of the company platform is a valuable plus
