The Effector Analog &Power Department is seeking an electrical engineering leader with experience in engineering management, design, simulation, and analysis. The Section Leader will utilize advanced technical knowledge in SABER and other Analysis and Simulation tools to lead their section in providing customer-enabling analysis artifacts. The candidate will work with section members to provide career guidance, performance feedback, and technical leadership to enable the employee for success. Responsibilities will be split between supporting program(s) as an engineer (~90%) and providing functional leadership to the section (~10%). What You Will Do Manage a section of 12 to 20 engineers. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
