About the role
This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in inhalation product development, including dose delivery and device usability
- Lead device development strategies for inhalation combination products from concept to launch
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate product development activities across various functions
- Serve as a key contact for external partners in inhalation device and combination product development
- Oversee technical integration across all development activities related to inhalation devices and drug compatibility
- Proactively tackle project challenges, including technical and regulatory communications
- Author and review regulatory submissions for device-related components of combination products
Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. in Pharmaceutical, Science, Biomedical or Engineering-related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in (bio)pharmaceutical and medical device product development; experience with inhalation is a plus
- 5+ years leading complex product development programs and cross-functional project teams
- Broad expertise in medical device development, design controls, risk management, and inhalation device design
- In-depth understanding of global regulatory requirements for drug-device combination products

Pay
$156,900 – $247,000 annually
