About the role

Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying new applications. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying new applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in project planning and execution, including setting priorities and managing timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in software development.
• Experience leading software development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with software testing and quality assurance.
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
