Responsibilities
- Designing and Architecting solutions
- Vendor Management
- Business requirements analysis
- Document requirements
- Provide inputs for business cases
- Identify/resolve process gaps
- Document new processes
- Support automation & drive process efficiency
- IT application owner
- Maintain & manage MOS
- Lead process and deployment reviews
- Assist with test strategy

- Aid leaders to manage change
- Ensure Audit compliance & software currency
Requirements
- 12+ years of technical/functional experience within SAP with expertise in ABAP, interfaces, BAPIs, BADIs, PDF forms, Solution manager and Advanced Debugging skills.
- 5 + years of hands-on technical experience and expertise with S4 HANA, UI5 and FIORI.
- Fluent in ABAP Cloud, ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), Core Data Services (CDS)Views, In-App Extensibility, Side-by-Side Extensibility, SAP Forms service by Adobe (ADS), SAP Flexible Workflow
- 3+ years of hands-on Greenfield S4 implementation experience
- Experienced in AGILE and DEVOPS environment
- Experienced in doing Solution Architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Experience applying rigorous waterfall and agile project management approach on assignments
- Experience in Functional areas like finance, Supply chain management
- Experience in working with JOULE
- Strong technology experience, including multiple technologies, data integration, common knowledge of application and data security, along with system and data architectures
- Cloud platforms experience (Azure, AWS, etc)
- Experience in developing automation process and deployment
- Knowledge in workflow tools (AgilePoint, Power Apps)
- Technical skills in Excel (macros & add-ins)
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate new technology into business value
- Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent customer focus
- Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams
- Ability to apply Lean/Six Sigma to ensure highly efficient processes
- Creative and collaborative problem-solving skills
