Principal Risk Specialist
Responsibilities
Risk Consulting to one or more Business Areas relative to their business lines and provide advice and guidance as required
Client Management - Develop and leverage key relationships with stakeholders that enable collaboration across the enterprise
Coordinate with the applicable risk office and second line of defense to define/ implement remediation activities.
Monitoring and Reporting of Retail Deposit Compliance efforts
Lead change control efforts at the process level to ensure impacts are appropriately assessed, documented and implemented
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of Financial Services Risk Management Experience
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience leading cross functional projects and programs in Risk
- PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM)

Salaries for Principal Risk Specialist positions vary by location:
- Houston, TX: $109,900 - $125,400
- Mclean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900
- Richmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400
- Riverwoods, IL: $109,900 - $125,400

Location
