Principal RF Engineer

About the Role

Provide technical leadership in the development of advanced RF and microwave systems, including phased-array systems, millimeter-wave antennas, and radar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, integration, and verification of RF hardware
• Develop innovative RF and microwave solutions
• Interface with customers and guide multiple projects to meet performance, cost, and schedule goals
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards
• Conduct design reviews and support business development through proposals and technology roadmaps
• Foster multidisciplinary collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Extensive experience with RF devices, antenna design, electromagnetic simulation tools, and RF lab equipment
• Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB or Python
• Excellent communication skills and creativity in solving complex problems
• Ability to work in lab and prototype environments

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Master’s or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in RF engineering
• Expertise in phased-array antennas and PCB design
