Responsibilities
- Identifying and acquiring new client relationships for dispute support services - including business intelligence, investigations and technology support - in the USA, with a focus on legal counsel and litigation funders.
- Managing and growing relationships with existing law firm, corporate and investor clients of Control Risks with a focus on selling dispute support and investigations.
- Playing a lead role in developing our dispute support strategy with global senior colleagues and managing the delivery of dispute support mandates and complex project work.
- Leading our engagement with industry associations and other professional advisors to improve awareness of our brand and services.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of leading a team delivering complex investigations, with a particular emphasis on:
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and understanding of dispute support services and the framework processes of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
- Selling complex investigation and dispute support services for legal counsel across practice areas including commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory and governance, insolvency and restructuring, white collar crime, eDiscovery and forensic investigations.
- Implementing clear, objective led strategic plans to target particular client groups and service offerings.
- Identifying and growing new client relationships and growing a practice around this.
- Trusted advisor relationships with decision makers within relevant client groups.
- Innovating services and successfully taking these to clients.
Qualifications And Specialist Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, investigations or white-collar crime.

- Communication: Effective communication skills required in order to communicate complex concepts, both orally and in writing, with clients internally and externally.
- Problem solving: Strong analytical skills and an ability to think laterally in order to address problems facing our clients.
- Expertise: Has strong knowledge of their subject matter, and the ability to clearly articulate and communicate this expertise to varying levels of stakeholder.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $220,000-$250,000 per year. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
