The role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in a specialized medical setting. Responsibilities include managing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing mentorship to junior staff members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance
• Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex patient cases
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
• Current licensure/certification in relevant field (e.g., RN, LPN)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
