Principal Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage large, complex enterprise programs
• Cook up interdepartmental functions to prevent delays
• Analyze and understand target audiences' needs
• Lead the development of program strategies and business cases
• Establish and track performance metrics and goals for programs
• Evaluate programs to ensure alignment with goals
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee program contracts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree (if required)
• 8+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years in lieu of degree
• Strong knowledge of program management principles
• Experience in strategic planning and evaluation
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Pay

$107,901 – $172,642 annually
