Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Leadership: Assist business development efforts across the Tampa Bay region; serve as Client Account Manager for up to three key clients; lead pursuit strategy, proposal development, and interview preparation; build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management & Delivery: Serve as Senior Project Manager for municipal water and wastewater projects; manage preparation and delivery of reports, specifications, plans, studies, cost estimates and design calculations; oversee multidisciplinary teams; lead stakeholder meetings; oversee construction phase services (shop drawings, RFIs, clarifications); lead permitting efforts,
- Ledger & Mentorship: Mentor staff, foster a collaborative and fun team environment.
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 15+ years of relevant experience in water/wastewater treatment, pumping systems, and pipeline projects across full project lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage municipal clients and lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership, initiative, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active participation in professional organizations
