Principal project engineer

What’s the Job?

Lead capital project workstreams ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
Provide senior-level engineering expertise for life science and pharmaceutical projects
Collaborate with site, construction, and project teams to drive decisions
Identify and mitigate project risks while managing stakeholder communication
Review RFIs, submittals, and maintain project documentation

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (process engineering preferred)
• 15+ years of capital project and construction experience
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience (cleanroom/classified spaces required)
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and engineering standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
