Principal Project Controls Specialist – Anderson Combined Cycle Project
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like application instructions, cookie, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove "Important Application Submission Information" etc. Also remove "Privacy Do Not Sell My Personal Information (CA) Terms of Use Accessibility". Also remove "More than a career - a chance..."? That's marketing but maybe part of About the role? It's generic but we can include as part of About the role? The instruction: include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The marketing fluff may be considered filler but it's still content. However we can treat "About the role" as summary of role. The posting includes a "Summary" paragraph. So we can put that under About the role.
Responsibilities: there is a "Key Responsibilities" section with subpoints. We'll list them as - .
Requirements: maybe "Basic/Required Qualifications" and "Specific Requirements" (driver's license, travel, relocation). We'll combine into Requirements.
Qualifications: maybe "Desired Qualifications". Could be separate Qualifications section? The instruction says we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly.
Skills: "Key Skills And Experience" section.
Benefits: posting mentions "competitive pay and benefits" but not specific benefits. Also mentions relocation assistance possibly. There's a line: "***The hiring manager may elect to offer relocation assistance depending upon the current geographic location of a candidate.***" Also later: "Relocation Assistance Provided (as applicable) Yes". So we have specific benefit: relocation assistance. Also maybe "competitive pay and benefits" but not specific. We should only include Benefits section if we have specific content. We have relocation assistance. Could also include "competitive pay and benefits" but that's vague. We'll include relocation assistance as benefit.
Pay: posting does not give specific pay. It mentions "competitive pay". No specific numbers. So we should NOT include Pay section because no specific content.
Schedule: no schedule info besides travel 15-25% and field-based. Not a schedule. So omit.
Thus sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (desired), Skills, Benefits.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Use
for each.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details like bullet points.
We need to format lists with - . For prose use
.
We need to include the summary paragraph(s) under About the role. The summary includes: "More than a career - a chance to make a difference in people's lives. Build an exciting, rewarding career with us – help us make a difference for millions of people every day. Consider joining the Duke Energy team, where you'll find a friendly work environment, opportunities for growth and development, recognition for your work, and competitive pay and benefits." plus the earlier "Summary The Principal Project Controls Specialist serves as the Site Project Controls Lead for the Anderson Combined Cycle Project and is responsible for overall project cost management, forecasting, reporting, and integration of project controls functions during active EPC construction. This position is primarily focused on project cost management, forecasting, earned value management, contractor cost tracking, change management, and project controls integration. Direct EPC construction project controls experience is required. Candidates should have hands-on experience with cost management, forecasting, earned value management, contractor change management, and project controls execution during active construction. We need to keep all that. Might be long but okay.
Responsibilities: we have subheadings: Cost Management & Forecasting, Project Controls Integration, Reporting & Communication, Leadership & Collaboration. Each with bullet-like sentences. We'll turn each sentence into

, , - ,
. We can include the heading inside
- as plain text. Eg: "
- Cost Management & Forecasting: Establish and maintain..." but strong is not allowed? Not prohibited but we should stick to allowed tags? The instruction only says use those tags for structure; doesn't forbid other tags inside. Safer to just include plain text.
We'll break each bullet.
Requirements: includes Basic/Required Qualifications (degree + years OR HS + years) plus note about relevance, plus Specific Requirements: Valid driver's license, Travel Requirements 15-25%, Relocation Assistance Provided (as applicable) Yes, Represented/Union Position No, Visa Sponsored Position No, etc. Also note about ability to work lawfully in US.
