What will you do?

We're hiring a Principal Program Manager for our Integrations team in driving cross-organizational initiatives, influencing VP-level technology roadmaps, and unlocking millions in revenue through transformational improvements to our API ecosystem and developer experience.

  • Identify and remediate endemic problems in our processes
  • Drive architectural decisions across Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations organizations
  • Establish the strategic mechanisms that enable Amazon Shipping to scale developer experience at the pace our business demands
  • Operate with complete autonomy to define multi-year technical and business roadmaps
  • Influence resource allocation and technology investments across multiple organizations to ensure alignment with integration strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management teams, Commercial teams, Engineering organizations, Operations teams, Principal Engineers and Architects, and VP-level leadership across multiple organizations

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
