What will you do?
We're hiring a Principal Program Manager for our Integrations team in driving cross-organizational initiatives, influencing VP-level technology roadmaps, and unlocking millions in revenue through transformational improvements to our API ecosystem and developer experience.
- Identify and remediate endemic problems in our processes
- Drive architectural decisions across Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Operations organizations
- Establish the strategic mechanisms that enable Amazon Shipping to scale developer experience at the pace our business demands
- Operate with complete autonomy to define multi-year technical and business roadmaps
- Influence resource allocation and technology investments across multiple organizations to ensure alignment with integration strategy
- Collaborate closely with Product Management teams, Commercial teams, Engineering organizations, Operations teams, Principal Engineers and Architects, and VP-level leadership across multiple organizations

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 10+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
