For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. This role involves working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete program management of energy infrastructure investment portfolio
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans and milestone trackers for projects
  • Establish rigorous processes for predictable delivery of investments
  • Monitor program health by tracking cost, schedule, and risks while reporting insights to leadership
  • Resolve cross-project dependencies and execution bottlenecks proactively
  • Design governance frameworks to enhance accountability and streamline operations
  • Create dashboards and executive reports to convey complex portfolio status clearly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years in program management focused on energy infrastructure or large-scale capital projects
  • Experience managing multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programs with complex workstreams
  • Strong background in external partnership management in the energy sector
  • Deep understanding of energy infrastructure development processes from permitting to commissioning
  • Financial literacy in capital budgeting and forecasting
  • Strategic thinker with decision-making expertise in dynamic environments

Pay

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
