About the role

OCI Strategic Customer Engineering is seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager with depth in driving results at scale. You will work with cross-functional teams across large organizations, aligning stakeholders toward a unified goal and north star. This role requires high judgment, a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, and a bias for action, along with strong ownership and collaboration skills.

You will manage complex, cross-organizational programs impacting both product and business, partnering with every team in OCI to execute critical initiatives. The environment is agile, cross-cutting, and complex, focusing on programs vital to customers, requiring support, partnership, and alignment in investment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of company products involving departmental or cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery of new or existing products.
  • Plan and direct schedules, monitor budgets and spending, and oversee projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
  • Drive results for core business initiatives by collaborating with senior leaders across Oracle (engineering to business).
  • Navigate ambiguity, dive into problems, and create solutions with your team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience developing and executing strategy for large, cross-cutting programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
  • Technology background with an understanding of cloud architecture complexities.
  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working in ambiguity and solving problems collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations.
  • Familiarity with AI workloads and software stacks.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a tech company; AI and HPC end-customer experience is a plus.

Pay

Hiring range in the U.S. (USD): $90,100 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as internal peer equity.
