Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong team building, leadership, and communication skills to build relationships with teams, customers, peers, and leadership
- Monitor the program's performance as well as support the program's schedule and completion of key milestones
- Run key program-level meetings and provide guidance to the program’s team leads
- Support the program’s Earned Value Management (EVM) approach, monitor the program’s budget, and support the completion of financial analysis, projections, and reports
- Manage the program's risks and opportunities and lead the program’s change management processes
- Cook up with other programs/offices to resolve dependencies/reduce program risks
- Cook up with support and functional offices to ensure program compliance as well as enable program support to include supply chain, finance, contracts, subcontracts, scheduling, facilities, and security
- Lead program proposal efforts
- Ensure that the program complies with L3Harris policies and lead the program’s preparation for compliance audits
- Manage program reporting requirements to include contract data requirements list (CDRL) submissions, Monthly Operations Reviews (MORs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
- Inform L3Harris leaders and Government stakeholders of the program’s status and related issues to both resolve problems and ensure program success
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Preferred Additional Skills
- Ability to communicate within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes, and approaches
- Ability to make significant improvements in processes, systems, or products
- Ability to provide input into new products/processes and implement operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional results
- Availability for travel in support of program activities (up to 20% of the time)
- Experience managing programs with DoD or Intelligence Community Organizations
- Experience in managing agile ceremonies
- Deep Knowledge of Earned Value Management
