Job Summary
Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Principal Program Financial Analyst. We are seeking a financial expert to perform a hybrid role supporting Finance and our Program Management Office. Our ideal candidate will primarily focus on a combination of audit and forecasting activities along with reporting, compliance, and some ad hoc duties.
What You Will Do
- Audit: support all audit requests including gathering required documentation and preparing responses
- Forecasting: facilitate the Forward Operating Plan (FOP), Program Reporting File (PRF), and the Upsides/Downsides process; coordinating inputs, communicating deadlines, performing quality checks, and scheduling reviews
- Reporting: act as the point of contact for the cash call, prepare the weekly actuals report, assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly business review charts
- Process Improvement: develop new reports and tools to drive awareness and continuous improvement
- Compliance: monitor contracts for EAC, AOC, Rev Rec, and IFRS checklist compliance
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field and at least 8 years of progressive experience in Program Finance or FP&A, preferably a combination of both
- Expert knowledge of percent complete revenue recognition
- Strong communicator of financial issues/risks to non-financial personnel
Additional Desired Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Costpoint experience
- OneStream experience
- Financial statement modeling
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Data Integration, VBA macros, and more)
- Experience with GAAP and a working knowledge of CAS/FAR/DFAR
