About the role
The Principal Program Cost Control Analyst (PCA) will support the Navigation, Intelligence, & Connectivity Division. The analyst will partner with key program stakeholders to create and analyze reports, work on invoicing opportunities, and assist with monthly/quarterly tasks such as EACs, IPRS, and Financial Forecasts. The PCA will interface with program managers, functional management, cost account managers (CAMs), and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create and analyze reports for program stakeholders
- Work on invoicing opportunities
- Aid in monthly/quarterly tasks like EACs, IPRS, and Financial Forecasts
- Interface with key program stakeholders for financial support and analysis
- Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work
- Assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
- Perform EVM tasks such as WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/assessment, and visibility reports
- Support audits and reviews as requested by programs, customers, and company management
- Support Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan, and Long Range Strategic Plan activity
- Prepare financial inputs to internal reports and presentations (IPRS, Dashboards, BARs, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 3 years of related professional experience
- Current, active DoD Secret security clearance
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis
- Strong PC skills - specifically Excel proficiency (including pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting)
- The ability to travel domestically 10% of the time
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 3 years of related professional experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or related field
- Experience with COBRA, COGNOS, SAP
Skills
- Strong PC skills - specifically Excel proficiency (including pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting)
- Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret level clearance

Pay
MSBSMG Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00

This is a full-time onsite position that offers the 9/80 schedule.
