Principal Professional Services Solutions Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Professional Services Solutions Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on driving complex solutioning conversations that connect customer needs with professional services engagements in a fast-moving software environment. You will partner closely with sales and partner teams to shape service offerings, guide demonstrations, and build trusted relationships with customers and ecosystem partners. The position is well suited for someone who can balance commercial acumen, accounting software knowledge, and consultative selling to support new business growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $126,000 – $158,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities. Partner with Sales and Partner teams on the service aspects of deals. Coordinate product demonstrations to showcase software capabilities. Build strong relationships with customers and partners as a trusted advisor. Lead solutioning for high-complexity customers with tailored strategies. Prepare comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) for projects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer transition. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. Proven experience in selling SaaS or accounting-related software services. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software applications. Ability to create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
