About the role
We are seeking a senior-level infrastructure engineer to serve as the technical bridge between federal customer operations teams and internal engineering organizations. This is a highly hands-on role focused on diagnosing and resolving complex production issues across Linux systems, virtualization, networking, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
This is a hybrid role where your time will be split between working virtually and supporting customer environments in Dallas, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; and Montgomery, AL. Travel to customer sites is up to 25%.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10+ years of infrastructure engineering/support and systems administration experience
- VMware (ESXi, vCenter, NSX)
- KVM/libvirt
- Linux systems administration (Redhat, Ubuntu)
- Kubernetes and containerized workloads
- AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud infrastructure
Nice to have
- Federal customer experience
- Certifications: VCP, RHCSA/RHCE, CKA/CKAD, Security+, CISSP, or CASP+
- AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications
- DevOps tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, Terraform
